As a service to our customers, our new client, drop-off, and surgical consent forms are available for download in PDF format.  Simply choose from the menu to the right, print the desired form, and bring the filled out form when you drop off your pet.

Order Refills

Please call 713-869-6644 and give your name, your pet's name, the prescription you would like refilled, and any other pertinent information. Orders will be filled as rapidly as possible and billed to your account. A $5.00 shipping fee will be added to each order.
