Let me introduce myself, my name is Betty Winkler.

I was a client at Heights Veterinary Clinic for approximately 20 years before becoming an employee.  I have been an employee since Dec. 1997.  My first obligation at the clinic is as Dr. Williams' secretary.  In addition to my secretarial duties, I print and mail reminder cards to our clients to let them know when their pet, or pets, are due to come in for vaccinations, or other services they are due for.  If pets are late for these services after cards are mailed, I call the owners to let them know.  I type up charts, and labels, for the receptionists, and assist them with the phones when needed.  I am one of the employees who is not seen often, my desk being located in the back of the clinic, but look forward to meeting you when you come to the clinic.
